This is going to be an exciting month. I am really looking forward to this show on the 12th:



I am also looking forward to learning how to cook foods which are both healthy and delicious. Today I tried an easy recipe that I found on 101cookbooks which was sort of like a salad omlette. Here it is. It didn't turn out as pretty as their example, but it was still really delicious and filling. I want to try their veggie burger recipes. (1 , 2) and maybe even one morning I will treat myself to the poppy seed pancakes.

There are a lot of clothes on sale at Creatures of Comfort, none of which I am able to buy. :|

I would especially love the Peter Jensen sneakers. I bet they would look cute with my gray jeans. I will be going up to Birmingham soon and will be sure to raid their thrift shops and Urban Outfitters. Very excited.
